We are pleased to announce our latest fundraiser: ......a children’s book sale!  Frisco Finds a Forever Family is a beautiful, full-color, hardcover children's book written by seven-year-old author, Ansley Carol Burnette. The book is about Frisco, a lonely shelter dog, seeking a family to love him and give him a home. Children and adults will love this touching story and its charming illustrations, drawn by fifteen-year-old artist, Deborah Hope Mullen and colored by Ansley. This fundraiser is very special to SSP because of our ties to the book's author. Ansley and her mother volunteer at Castaway Critters, our partner rescue group in Blairsville, GA. (Castaway Critters is also receiving proceeds from all books sold.)
