Saving Shelter Pets, Inc is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization as determined by the IRS and all donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. As an all volunteer non-profit organization, we rely on your generous donations to continue to rescue shelter animals and support spay and neuter.
For all donations up to $249.99, your Paypal receipt is sufficient for tax purposes (or if you pay by mail, you will receive a yellow paper receipt if requested). For donations of $250 or more, we will mail you a letter on our letterhead which you will need to keep for tax time.
